Biothis is my "diet" journal. i figure it is good to have somewhere to post progress, vent, etc. i will be first using the flat belly diet, and then probably transitioning back to weight watchers. i will post weekly and sometimes daily entries on how things are going. my goal is to lose about seventy pounds to be in the range of 145
